Yoga Nidra, the yoga of deep sleep, is a state of consciousness between wakefulness and sleep. It is a state in which the body is completely relaxed. It is a powerful pratyahara technique, which allows one to eliminate physical fatigue, emotional imbalances and mental tensions, and thus revitalise and restructure one's entire life.
How does a Nada Yoga and Yoga Nidra class work?
We begin with a series of mantra chants and pranayamas to harmonise the mind. Physical and mental warm-up. Asanas combined with Nada Yoga, the Yoga of sound. Savasana posture, to assimilate the benefits of the practice and Yoga Nidra, the yoga of deep sleep.
