Hatha yoga is an integral system that unifies the body and mind through vigorous and intense physical activity. The aim in Hatha yoga is to balance the dualities, the solar energy (Ha-) and the lunar energy (-tha), to reach the state of unity, the state of yoga.

How does a Hatha Yoga class work?

We begin with a series of mantra and pranayama exercises to harmonise the mind. Physical and mental warm-up. Asanas based on a theme: body area, emotions, chakras, breath ... and "savasana", to assimilate the benefits of the practice.
