Hatha Yoga Lessons

Hatha yoga is an integral system that unifies the body and mind through vigorous and intense physical activity.

Yin Yoga Lessons

A gentle style of yoga. Originating from Taoist thought, Yin yoga works on the deep tissues through stillness and non-action, through breath and being. 

Nada Yoga & Yoga Nidra Lessons

Nada Yoga symbolises the primordial sound AUM, the sound of creation according to yogic philosophy. Through the vibrations, the mind and body are unified, the state of yoga is manifested.

What is yoga?

"Yoga can be understood as a set of behaviours that develop a holistic experience of body, heart and mind. It is a process of fully inhabiting ourselves and our lives in a radically engaged and curious way. Through this training, we develop a healthy capacity to literally take up residence in our bodies and minds, which leads us to simple presence. Presence is a quality of being that is open and aware. This mind-body presence serves as the basis for the compassion and wisdom that emerge within us."

Benefits of Yoga

Yoga provides a supple and healthy body, strong nerves, a balanced mind, a serene and dynamic personality. Although it is not a therapy in itself, many doctors practice it themselves and advise their patients. In fact, yoga begins where medicine ends.
