Five elements exploration
The philosophy of yoga defines five elements that constitute all things in the universe. It is a simple and profound system for balancing every aspect of our lives. The five elements range from the densest to the subtlest, in the following order: Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Aether.
A cosmogonic máximus in yoga delves into the perspective that everything that is outside of us, is also within us. We are part of the Universe, and we are made up of these 5 elements, in a perpetual dance with the elements around us.
Programme
EARTH: Fundamental meditation, pranayamas, forest bathing and afghan walking
WATER : Igloo, snowmaking, meditation in the sacred space, bathing in crystal waters
FIRE : Fire in the mountains, pranayamas, solar plexus meditation, sun walk
AIR: Peaks, heart chakra meditation, high mountain walk
SPACE: Spatial meditation, day walk. Communication, vision and unity.
